The bar’s signature cocktails are served at a 39-foot counter (the longest in the city) with sections for different kinds of liquor. "Every few months, new cocktails are added to the menu to keep people returning. At Nouba, we aimed to bridge the gap in the city by way of authentic pan-Asian restaurants in the city by sourcing our spices and seasonings from the country to which that dish belongs to preserve the flavours," says founder Chaitanya Bali.
